Doc-works committed to protecting customer data with ISO 27001 Certification

- 07 June 2023

Doc-works is proud to announce that it has been awarded ISO 27001 certification for the fifth consecutive year. ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised information security standard that sets out the requirements for an effective information security management system (ISMS).

The certification was awarded following an independent audit by the British Assessment Bureau (BAB), which confirmed that Doc-works meets the requirements of ISO 27001 for the design, integration, maintenance, and hosting of managed information systems, software applications, consultancy, and user training.

“We are delighted to have once again achieved ISO 27001 certification,” said Jon McKennon, Operations Director at Doc-works. “This is a testament to our commitment to information security and our ongoing investment in the technology, people, and processes necessary to protect our customers’ data. I would like to thank all our team members who have contributed to this achievement.”

ISO 27001 certification is a significant milestone for Doc-works and alongside our other accreditations demonstrates the company’s continued priority to providing its customers with the highest level of data security. The certification also provides Doc-works with a competitive advantage in the marketplace, as more and more businesses are looking for partners who can demonstrate their commitment to information security.
