Doc‑works successfully passes ISO Surveillance Audits with outstanding results

- 12 May 2026

We are pleased to share that Doc‑works has successfully passed our UKAS accredited ISO surveillance audits for ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 27001 (Information Security).

These audits continue to become more stringent each year, making this result particularly significant. We are proud to report that we passed with zero minor or major non‑conformities and no identified opportunities for improvement, an excellent outcome that reflects the commitment and professionalism of teams across the business.

For our NHS and ambulance trust customers, these audit outcomes provide independent assurance that Doc‑works meets the high standards required to support safe, effective patient care. Achieving ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 with no non‑conformities demonstrates that our quality management, information security, and environmental practices are robust, well embedded, and consistently applied.

This gives our customers confidence that the systems they rely on to support clinical audit, governance, and quality improvement operate within a secure, compliant, and resilient framework. It supports local and national assurance requirements, helps meet regulatory expectations, and underpins effective clinical governance enabling teams to focus on learning, improvement, and patient safety.

Jon McKennon, Chief Operating Officer at Doc‑works, commented:

“Passing all three ISO surveillance audits with no non‑conformities is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to how seriously our teams take quality, security, and continuous improvement. These standards are embedded into how we work day‑to‑day, and maintaining them helps ensure we continue to deliver safe and reliable solutions for our customers.”

We would like to thank everyone who was directly involved in the audit process, as well as all colleagues who consistently follow the processes that underpin our quality, environmental, and information security standards.

Continuous improvement remains a key focus for Doc‑works, and these results give us a strong foundation as expectations continue to rise.
