We are proud to announce that Doc-works has achieved a trio of certifications, reaffirming our commitment to security, sustainability, and excellence.
- ISO 27001 (Information Security)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- Cyber Essentials Plus (Cyber Security)
The recertification for ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 was based on updated standards, requiring significant changes and improvements to our processes—something our team has worked tirelessly to implement over the past few months.
We are also pleased to say that we passed the external audit with zero non-conformities (major or minor) and just one opportunity for improvement, which we’ve already addressed and put into action.
Added to that, renewing our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of data protection and cyber resilience.
These certifications reflect our embedded day-to-day practices that strengthen our approach to risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Jon McKennon, Chief Operating Officer at Doc-works comments:
“The recertification of our Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO standards, in particular 27001, shows our ongoing commitment to information security. Working with these standards has been a great supporter to the growth and success our business has seen in recent years. A thank you goes out to all the Doc-works team, who have embraced change and are the ones who prop up our important business processes.”
