Doc-works Director of Clinical Safety & Quality to present at BAPCO 2024

We are delighted to announce that Dave Sherwood, Director of Clinical Safety & Quality will be speaking at the upcoming BAPCO 2024 conference organised by the British Association of Public Safety Communications Officials.

Dave will be joined by Nikki Harvey, Head of Safeguarding at the Welsh Ambulance Service to co-present an engaging 30-minute session where they will share how interoperability played a pivotal role in enhancing safeguarding services at the Welsh Ambulance Service.

The presentation will focus on the collaborative working that led to the development of a powerful cloud-based referral system platform by Doc-works which enabled the Welsh Ambulance Service to send seamless referrals from throughout Wales to the appropriate Local Authority, Domestic Abuse and Fire and Rescue services directly from the crew’s iPad.
