Doc-works is delighted to announce the promotion of Clare McLaughlin to Director of Client Delivery.
Having previously served as Scribe ePCR Product Services Manager, Clare has played a key role in delivering successful digital healthcare projects for our clients. In her new position, she will take overall responsibility for the delivery of medical client projects, ensuring we continue to provide an exceptional client experience while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Clare will provide greater oversight across projects, strengthen client relationships and help drive consistency, quality and successful outcomes throughout our delivery processes. The role also enables her to focus more strategically on client delivery and leadership, supporting the continued growth of our medical solutions and our continued commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
As part of her promotion, Clare has also joined the Doc-works Senior Management Team, where she will contribute to the strategic direction of the business and ensure our clients’ needs remain central to future developments.
